A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and how things were so hard for her. She did not know how she was going to make it and wanted to give up. She was tired of fighting and struggling. It seemed as one problem was solved, a new one arose.

Her mother took her to the kitchen. She filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Soon the pots came to boil. In the first she placed carrots, in the second she placed eggs, and in the last she placed ground coffee beans. She let them sit and boil, without saying a word.

In about twenty minutes she turned off the burners. She fished the carrots out and placed them in a bowl. She pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl. Then she ladled the coffee out and placed it in a bowl.

Turning to her daughter, she asked, “Tell me, what do you see?”

“Carrots, eggs, and coffee,” she replied.

Her mother brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots. She did and noted that they were soft. The mother then asked the daughter to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg. Finally, the mother asked the daughter to sip the coffee.

The daughter smiled, as she tasted its rich aroma. The daughter then asked, “What does it mean, mother?”

Her mother explained that each of these objects had faced the same adversity … boiling water. Each reacted differently.

The CARROT went in STRONG, HARD, UNRELENTING. However, after being subjected to the boiling water, it SOFTENED and became WEAK.

The EGG had been fragile. Its thin outer shell had protected its LIQUID INTERIOR, but after sitting through the boiling water, its inside became hardened.

The GROUND COFFEE BEANS were UNIQUE, however. After they were in the boiling water, they had changed…THE WATER.

“Which are you?” she asked her daughter. “When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?”

"I personally think that we are so alike in the image of God and yet so different from each other…this is one of the wonders of God….How many people now in the Philippines? How much more in the whole world? Each of us will react differently to any situations thrown upon us…but the good thing is if you have Jesus Christ in your life …however you respond to anything, He will make a way so that the same reaction will do you Good…You have to claim this one if we are son’s and daughters of God…and we will be able to do so if we walk in His RIGHTEOUSNESS…

WE HAVE TO WALK IN HIS LIGHT OR EVERYTHING ELSE WILL BE JUST LIKE WATER…

IT MIGHT BOIL FAST BUT IT WILL EVAPORATE AND BE GONE SOONER THAN YOU THINK BECAUSE WE DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT FOUNDATION!

If you want to successfully start making money online, you must learn how to manage your time. One of the easiest ways to better manage your time is by creating a schedule of all your daily tasks. List your tasks in order from most important to least important.

And then set a time limit that you will spend on each task. For example, if you need to work on SEO for your website you can do that from 10AM to 11AM. Then you will move on to the next task on the list. Make sure you give yourself ample time to complete each task. If you stick with your schedule you will be surprised how much you can get done in a 24 hour period.

Procrastination

Procrastination is one of the main reasons so many people never make a dime online. Procrastination is nothing more then the continual act of pushing things off until later. The problem is that later never comes. There are many reasons why people procrastinate. Some do it out of fear, some do it out of wanting to get everything perfect and others do it out of pure laziness. Whatever the reason, it will stop you from making money online.

There is a quote that I love by Mike Litman and it goes like this, "You Don't Have To Get It Right, You Just Have To Get It Going". In other words stop waiting for everything to be just right. Start where you are with what you have. As you do your business will start to grow and you will start to make money online.

I found the ’Design GIF images for web site’ software incredibly easy to use and very versatile.
The program could be used very well to design a company logo, or any other graphic. 

The features are extensive and it has a great potential to create many different articles. Several different effects could be applied and they were particularly impressive, and I found the overall look of the software made it easy to find out where to go to get certain effects and information. 

The controls were fairly simple to use, I managed to use it quite well for a few very basic designs without even looking at any instructions, however once I had looked at the instructions and tutorials I realised that it actually has a far great potential and capacity for creativity than I had initially imagined. 

The animation effects looked good, the textures already included, coupled with the ability to load my own pictures made it a very user friendly program. I would highly recommend this to anyone in business, or design, or anyone who is simply creative and wishes to make new designs.
